I have 2 packages and mail missing from yesterday. Says delivered in mailbox but mail and packages not there. Turns out there was a sub and was supposed to come back and get my mail that they told post office clerk they put at wrong address. They did not still no packages. Subs need to be held accountable and I am furrious If I don't get results by tommarro going to file theft charge

This post office has the worst service. They held a package there for 3 days before shipping then sent it to the post office in Sapulpa ok. just to have the Sapulpa office send it right back to them again. My mailman also places packages that are to large for my box in other neighbors boxes and reports them as delivered. My neighbors are I frequently go through each other's mailbox to make sure we get our mail straight and deliver misplaced mail to it's rightful owner.

Never delivers ANYTHING that requires a signature. They just refuse to get out of the car and walk to my door to have me sign for my meds. I can't drive so this is a huge problem when a lazy postal person just doesn't want to use their feet. I'm at home all day everyday. Get out your car and walk a few feet.

I have a package from Germany that took 20 days to ship my mailman did not deliver my package 2/17 but delivered one 2/19 why pick and choose when to deliver a package I never got any kind of notice saying they tried to deliver my package they never did anything to let me know and now my package is all the way in Chicago when I should have it with me right now I will never use USPS again they don't tell you anything

My husband's meds were delivered we were home and the postal carrier put them on top of my mailbox. They could have put them inside our gate as they have in the past. My husband depends on those meds, and anyone could have picked them up. Today my package was delivered to my neighbors across the street, and they walked it up to her door when her gate was closed.

The post office employees are kind most of the time. However, my postman is the rudest man I’ve ever met in my life. He won’t talk to me, look at me or have anything to do with me. I know talking to people is a choice, but when someone says good morning or speaks to you, the least you can do is look at them. This man is in the wrong line of work. If he doesn’t like people, he needs a different job. He’s turned me in for my dog when my dog has done nothing to him. I have been in my new house three weeks. I do not know his name, but he is the 7 foot tall black man that works at the Sand Springs Oklahoma location. Had he ever taken a millisecond to speak to the new homeowner (me), I would have asked his name like I normally do when I meet someone.I have met three other postmen who are all very kind.
