I have used this animal clinic for years. Dr Fleming has treated two dogs, a cat, and a ferret during that time. I had issues with one woman at the front desk but she's gone. I wouldn't take my animals anywhere else. Just recently Dr Fleming and I discussed how she will continue to treat my dog after I move out of state this summer. It's worth the expense to fly my pet home so she can get great care from a wonderful group of people, and the best Vet I know.

Our dogs went missing on 10/5/22 Wednesday evening 10/12/22, I get a message from a friend of mine followed by some screenshots, it is Nova (our pit pup) and she tells me she is at the sand springs small animal hospital on HWY 97. The lady that posted Nova said she was dumped and that they have been trying to to get her home and that I would hang up the phone every time they called me. I call them right away. Lady #1 says no there is not 2 dogs here, then puts me on hold. Lady #2 gets on the phone and says that they are not there but last week they had a lot of strays come in, but she isn't sure if it was them but I could keep calling and checking.. then asks if my dogs are up to date on their shots I say yes and she says ok. (weird question if you have not seen the dogs) Then my sister in law calls them right back and Lady #1 answers again says they are not there so my SIL ask to talk to the lady that had posted Nova. So poster lady gets on the phone and says yes she posted her, SIL tells her that they were missing for a week and we were told about a white car picking them up. She gives the phone to another lady. Lady #3 gets on the phone says they aren't there SIL tells the story again and then says we seen the post of Nova on snapchat that their employee posted... Then all of a sudden Nova is there, if we can get there before they close (10-15 min.) and bring vet records and pictures we can get her back. There was no way we could make it in that time and they would not stay later (10 min. tops) to get her. (which if they would have told the truth in the first place when i called at 5:14 we could have made it by 6) So we say ok we will be there first thing in the morning. They also finally admit that Max had been there also and he is chipped but he wasn't there at that time someone who works there has him and that they were brought in by a man that found them at a gun range.. and they talked to me and I said they were home.. they talked to me and said I didn't want them... that i blocked them all.. i blocked them on facebook .... I never talked to anyone until 10/12/22 but we say ok be there in the morning to get them. Later about 9 I get a friend request from someone random, i don't accept it because I don't know her no friends in common nothing. Then she tries to call off messenger and that shows up so I click on it and see she has messaged me also. " i'm pretty sure I have one of your dogs. If you don't contact me within 24 hours I will take him to the shelter." I ask if it's max, send her a picture, tell her I am getting nova in the morning can she meet me there? She says she's in tulsa but she can meet me when her husband get back with the car, then its tomorrow, finally I am like I will come to you where are you.. she says meet me at the walgreens at 15th and Lewis I will uber there I say ok... so it's 11 p.m. at this point she shows up (not in a uber she is driving) She gets out with Max, happy day for me! Then the lady say's I want to talk to you a min. she proceeds to tell my SIL and I that she is the secretary at the animal hospital. That Max was brought in Sunday (they aren't open Sunday) from "somewhere else" and then On monday a lady called (they assumed me) and was looking for a pit and yorkie but she did not think about max (who she already had at home) because she was thinking of the dog's as a pair. Later the lady called back and said they were home. Then Wednesday a man brought in Nova to see if she was chipped and she wasn't (she has an appointment next month to get fixed and chipped) so he took her and left. We say well that is weird we were told at 5:50 we could come and get her but they would not stay later so we said we'd be there in the morning and showed here the post that Nova was on she did not confirm or deny this was the same dog the man brought in to see if it was chipped, she told us dogs have HIPPA so without proof she can not say one way or the other. She says I got to work at noon so I c

very uncampassionate place. I called to try to get my 15 year old dog in who took a turn for the worse. just wanted a vet to look at her give recommendation. they told me I could wait until Monday or take her to an ER or bring her in for Euthanasia (with no assessment by a vet). she won't make it until monday, it was fri at 1pm at this point. what a joke. Wait until Monday or let us kill your dog for you were my options.

My dog has a horrible cough due to heart complications and they will not give me the correct medication to cure it only suppress it because they want us to pay for a $1500 surgery and I cant afford it

I called to make an appointment. Any questions I had was entered by the answering service. The lady on the phone really didn't know all that much but she did set me up with an appointment.

Debated on reviewing since it seems like every bad experience, the staff jumps on their personal pages and attack negative reviews but I believe people should hear it before taking their pets. I called this vet needing to get my dog seen because I have heard the VETS there are amazing. I was completely shocked the receptionist was so unprofessional and acted like I was the inconvenience by calling? Not sure why you would want somebody like that working for your establishment..
