I contacted the store to request assistance with transporting my pet’s carrier into and out of the store, and the staff went above and beyond to address my circumstances. Not only did an associate come to my car, before and after the walk-in clinic, they also provided a chair for me to sit in while I waited for my turn. They carried my pet every step of the way, making my experience easier and safer for me. Their kindness and patience is greatly appreciated. I will definitely be a future customer.”
