Called to get a quote on an oil change. Gave him my car info but didn't know the specific size of my engine. He proceeded to tell me that he couldn't give me a price if i didnt know specially. I can understand that but as I'm asking for a solution he just hangs up on me. My solution being (he can tell me how much each one is because my car only has 2 engine sizes.. So telling me any or all would let me know a ball park estimate. But he just hangs up the phone... [my 1 star is based off of my personal experience with this company over the phone.]

Went from 45 to 65. Cost has went up I get that. But taken advantage of. My key fob is messed up, I told him not the battery. Changes the battery and charges 10 dollars for something I didn't need and my key fob is still messed up. I told him prior it's not the battery. And the batteries aren't even 10 bucks for a pack. Used to be great but no longer recommending and will never return. Not to mention that he said his card machine is down so I had to cash app. But not even given receipt or asked if I wanted one. Super weird situation.

Great prices and availability. They found an issue with my filter housing and quoted a great price for repairs. Highly recommend for oil changes and general repair.

I was referred here by Mr Chapin's over a year ago and this has been my go to for pretty much everything I have needed since.
