I was pleasantly surprised to find this place in Sand Springs. They were professional, quick & did a great job. I had a nice pedicure experience for only $35. I had Sam & he was wonderful! I will definitely be going back!! ❤️?
I tried calling & online to make an appointment but no go. Just show up.

I have been going to iNails for over a year. They are always so nice & try hard to do whatever their customers want. I usually ask for nail art and they have always been able to at least match the picture I show them & in many cases they do a better job than what I asked for. In my opinion, there isn't a better nail salon in or near Sand Springs.

Have been going to I nails for about a year twice monthly. I have recently noticed the service going downhill. I came in yesterday for a fill and to fix a broken nail. I asked her to clean my cuticles for a bit and she did. All was well. She put the white tip design on I had asked for and I noticed after I left that there was lots of air bubbles and a few were shaped odd making them appear crooked. I came in this morning wanting them fix since I was charged a whopping $75 for a fill, cuticle trim, and a broken nail. She buffed them and redid top coat expecting that would appease me. When it didn’t she stood up throwing a fix saying that she wouldn’t fix them and they looked fine. I asked for a refund and she continued to be hateful stating that I signed when I paid yesterday and wouldn’t be getting any service or my money back. Will be disputing this. Absolutely terrible work and very unprofessional!! Went straight to another salon had them all taken off and I am so satisfied. Steer clear of this place if you want quality here’s the before and after. Night and day.

Usually I love coming here. The last two times they’ve been very off putting and couldn’t get me out of their quick enough while getting a pedicure. I am very pregnant and look forward to a nice relaxing pedi and massage. I also get childcare to come. Today I was waiting for my toenails to dry (no one was waiting and there were multiple chairs open) the older lady came over put my shoes on and lifted the arm for me to leave, picked up my shoes to hand me and said I was done. The pedicure took 30 min from the beginning to me walking out. Very disappointed in how I’ve been treated considering the times I’ve been in and how much I typically tip. I hope they learn their lesson and don’t treat others like that.Service: Pedicure

This visit wasn't good. I went for pedi/mani, with no polish. Toes seemed ok, but later that night my little toe was hurting, they didn't cut the nail. I had to file it down. My finger nails were not cleaned nor cut even. I got into my car and saw they were uneven cut. I sat in there parking lot proceeded to cut and file my nails properly. I refused to go back in and embarrase the tech, they had several customers having service. But I will not be using there services in the future.
