“Tried the "pick-up" service for the first time on non-food items I was trying to source in a hurry. Worked like a champ...if I had some idea what I was doing!! They want you to check in on the app when you are coming...but the app collects data about you and I didn't want to share, so I just had to call. I didn't realize it was a car delivery service and went inside to get it...and had to do the walk of shame back to the car...I felt a little clueless, but the lady in Walmart was super sweet about it.”

220 OK-97, Sand Springs“Yeah, I KNOW its WalMart but honestly, I had a great experience here. I purchased two pair of panties - DON'T EVEN COMMENT ON WHAT THAT SAYS ABOUT ME - and they were $4.50 each. At check out there was a flag on the computer saying there was a discrepancy. One pair came up at $2 and one was $4.50. The customer service lady insisted on making both of them $2 - and I WASN'T ASKING! The store was clean and organized. And everyone was NICE! We almost ran over a couple in the parking lot and they waved us on while smiling. THAT would never happen in Chicago.”
“The manager, Mel, is extremely customer focused. I was a day outside of the return window and she, without hesitation, happily accepted my return and said, “We’re here to take care of our customers.” It’s always easy to find an associate to help and most times they are super knowledgeable or will find someone who can answer questions.”
