Let me start with I have been a Customer with Cricker for 10 years. I have had my paymets thru the automated monthly payment schedule. I had my wallet stolen. I called with my new c.c. number. For 4 months i have had my phone turned off and been charged extra fees. I have spoken to humans for the first 3 months and have not been set up on autopay and like i said been charged extra fees. I was suppose to have had a discount on this months bill and been set up for auto pay. Guesd what.. not only did i not get my discount i got chatged extra fees AGAIN. I have set up auto pay again thru the robot. Lets see of it works out thid time as thr humans are stupid. Thank you, Dehbi Hollland

Worst customer service ever. Young girl that looked like she just rolled outta bed was working. No greeting, ignored...I finally left after waiting 20 min. She was so rude. This was December 2, 2023...around 11 a.m. Don't know her name. I will never go back.

The prices are hundreds of dollars different than on the website and it is very complicated to change or add anything without completely altering the price structure of your current plan. The only saving grace for the experience was that the customer service was pleasant and kind, she was a very nice person to deal with

They put a protection plan on one of our phones without our knowledge. It wasn't paid therefore we had to pay $30 to reactivate our phones. Absolutely ridiculous

Been sitting here Infront of door sence 10:05 on a Friday they supposedly open at 10am-8pm Mon-Sat it's now 10:54am an still nothing no signs on doors stating if there gonna be closed on or anything.. pretty upsetting.

I like Cricket years ago i didnt but now i do. I have unlimited data unlimited everything except hotspot but i barely use that so its all good. I recently upgraded to a Stylo 6 and im having some problems with it it freezes and i have to restart my phone everyday can someone help me out on what to do because i have no money to replace it

Went into this store to resolve a WiFi router issue that we had purchased from them a month ago. We had previously spent an hour on the phone with customer service. So we decided to go into the store and they said all of our data had been used for the month. Not very likely as we use an average of 25 gigs out of 100 per month. Also to prove my point I got onto the Cricket app and showed them my data usage. The app said I had used 25 gigs this month. Well below the 100 we paid for. The app also stated that I had 0 gigs left at the top??? but only used 25. I asked the associate at the counter to show me my usage. She said they have no way of seeing that. She said all they can see is the total amount used. I showed her my Cricket app and my gfs Cricket app and both say that there is 75 gigs left, but she said that is not admissable to prove the usage. So as far as I can tell it appears that if their software/network malfunctions there is no legal way to prove or resolve the issue with them without just paying them for more data that they can't track. I am very disappointed with the customer service I received from this location and the attitudes of the employees working. This was not an issue of money as we were overpaying so that we would not experience service interruption. I will be taking my device and payments somewhere else from now on. I've been a Cricket customer since 2007 with 3 lines and am completely disappointed that they can't track data usage in any way shape or form according to the customer service representatives. I would think this would be great for a lawyer to get involved with. Not sure, but I can't imagine not keeping records/data of usage would be legal. Any lawyers out there wanna take a stab?Anywho. I will be gladly taking my service elsewhere. Good luck and good riddance!
