I don't know why they are so unfriendly at this branch, the Bancfirst on Memorial are so very nice and thoughtful, I think Prattville Bancfirst drive thru workers need to be retrained by Tulsa bank employees! Its bad when you'd rather drive two towns away with crazy construction going on to cash a check then just driving to your local bank right down road.

NICEST BANK STAFF EVER!! My daughter is Autistic..Some adults can be very rude when it comes to her....In a world where inclusion is rare, they were very understanding and loving!!

Went to the one in sandsprings on 2nd street. Extremly Rude teller!A customer of mine wrote a check to me. Made it out to my company, and me personally. Teller told me he couldnt cash it due to it being made out to a company first. Umm ok sure, bank policy? I guess I inderstand. Still a little frustrated, I told him that Ive cashed them like that at Bank of oklahoma. He looked me in the face and said " well why dont you run back there then and cash it"!!_??? Seriously man? I then called to complain, the supervisor told me, that I mis understood. She wasn't there and I didnt mis understand a thing! I do not recommend this bank. Not only do I not recommend it. My company will no longer accept checks from this financial institution.

Being friendly to the customers seems to be the first priority with BancFirst. They are very welcoming and know you by name!

Great people but wish I could deposit checks without driving to the bank without cost like Spirit Bank will do for me especially since I am 71 years old retired and would rather not make a special trip.

Just opened my account here since moving from out of state.. now I wish I had not, and had gone anywhere else. After going through the entire process setting up accounts, online access, and then went to deposit my employers check, that's when it all went downhill. They are placing a 12 day hold of my pay checks until I have significant history with them.. which is actually more like a 16 day hold since they only count business days.. Guess the new customers are not that special to this bank, I wish they would have disclosed this huge inconvenience to me first... I would have gone to a credit union. This place is absolutely a joke, heed my warning and do not open an account here , save your time and go somewhere competent.
