During installation of my stereo they broke the wooden bezel on my dash where the air vents are. They said they would order and replace. It's been 2 months now. They said their " distributer" had shipped the wrong part TWICE. I stated that several can be found on eBay , but for some reason they wouldn't order from there.
I have decided to purchase myself and have it put in. They came highly recommended but screwed me over.
I'll go somewhere else next time.

Five stars isn’t enough! The owner and Tristan are extremely respectful, helpful, and patient! I can’t give these guys at this shop enough thanks! I’ve only been there 3 times and every time I walked out with a smile on my face and my arms full of new goodies! The owner gives gracious discounts, package deals, and as others have said he will meet or beat competitors prices! And if you like Car Audio, but don’t really know a whole lot about it or maybe you’ve always wanted a system in your car, but don’t know where to start! These guys will set you up and are more than willing to explain and teach you the In and outs of Car Audio! I will be Getting all my Car Audio needs from here from now on!
P.S– If you like Pioneer brand (Like I did) Then you probably hate Kenwood brand (Like I did). I used to tell people you couldn’t pay me enough to make me put a kenwood in my vehicle. Let alone buy one myself to put in my vehicle. But Tristan talked me into getting a Kenwood Excelon and I will never go back to Pioneer!!
P. S. S. – Sallisaw Car Audio if you read this review, I want to Give you guys a special, THANK YOU/SHOUT OUT for the patience you guys have had with me! Being a long haul truck driver means long hours, unpredictable home times, and on the days I’m off, my todo/chore list is so long that I don’t get much free time.. so unfortunately, that means every time I’ve been there, I’ve showed up in a semi truck <30 minutes before closing and this last time I called ahead and you stayed 15 minutes after closing to help me and I appreciate it greatly! You guys are awesome! The store rocks and I look forward to spending my paychecks there for years to come! Again, thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

At first I was disappointed with the equipment that was installed so I messengered him on FB and he told me to come by so we could figure out the issue, so I planned on stopping in the next day but I got this virus that's been going around town similar to the flu, well anyways my body ached. So as I thought more about it I actually only paid him for fixing my wiring problem and installing and the equipment since I didn't have none of my own for him to install for me he was kind enough to cut me a deal and I will do business again.

Bought kenwood radio and speakers from this place. Paid $200 for them to install but it won't work like we want it to. We want to listen to the radio without the truck being started so you normally use accessory to do that. These guys are telling us the radio has to be direct wired and stay on all the time if we just want to listen to the radio without the vehicle running. They're saying the radio would not turn off at all if they direct wire it. That DOES NOT MAKE SENSE! Basically they got our $642 and dont care if we are happy customers or not. Would not recommend this shop to my worst enemy!

I had them install 2 Memphis 12” subs for my Malibu and they’ve had a couple issues after installation but each time I’ve brought it back they have fixed it with a smile and for no extra chargeI will definitely be back I’ve already also purchased a system for my Yukon from them back in 2016

Had a shop in Muskogee butcher my 1st install. Cut wires they didn't need to, left bare wires, never hooked up rear speakers, caused ALOT of electrical issues with my vehicle.Bobby and his installer took on the challenge to fix that "trainwreck".When they finished, my new system sounded INCREDIBLE, I haven't had a single electrical issue and NOT ONCE did they push me to buy new equipment! Professional service, expert installation, Top-Tier Business !

If i could give 0 stars i would. Had my speakers installed here, they ended up not doing it right then made me pay for their mistakes and charged me for something i didn’t even ask for. On top of that, the speakers i had put in, they broke off a piece of my brand new speaker (which caused it to stop working) but used putty to stick it back on and didn’t tell me about it. They also wired my subs in wrong. 10/10 do not recommend this place. They’ll scam you.
