My wife wanted a car and wanted to pay under 400.00 per month. Well the crew here got it done. Teddy did a super a job could not ask for more and everything he told Dulayna on the phone was right on the money. Family wise this is vehicle 7 we have got here and this is the third new one. You want a car that's worth the money you can't go wrong here.

A 1 star is too generous for the service department. When Chris was running the service department, I had zero issues. He answered the phone, greeted people, and was on top of his game. Every time I call, I get put on hold so long it rings back to the 1st person who answered. They again will ask who I need, to no avail will get no answer from the service department. It is so hard to get an appointment. My wife and I have used Blue Ribbon since 1994, but will be looking elsewhere because of the incompetence of the new service manager.

Extremely pleased with the customer service at Blue Ribbon. Sales person was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in, and also in getting us the best deal possible. We have bought 3 new vehicles from them over the years, and definitely will buy our next one from Blue Ribbon also!

Wow!! If I could give 10 stars I would. What amazing customer service. From the parts ordering to scheduling service. This dealership is top notch when it comes to customer service. We were staying at the KOA near here when we needed our tail lights on our Colorado replaced. We were only here till Sunday. Tuesday the lights were ordered, overnighted and Friday they were able to install. This is were the Service really gets good. They called and we picked up the truck, it was around 3 on a Friday. When we realized it would no longer work with our tow system. We called Chris (service manager) he said to bring it back in, now its about 4:30ish.. As we all know on a Friday as soon as the clock hits closing time everyone wants to call it quits. Chris personally stayed and fixed our lights and made sure they would work while towing. What a freaking Rock Star, he gave up personal family time to make sure we would be safe and meet our timeline for moving down the road. If we lived here, this would become our go to for all our automotive needs. We are Chevy people and this dealership has the BEST People working for them. Highly recommend if your in the area and need service work done. Now we were not buying, but If their service personal is anything to go by, the The Sales Team has to be amazing as well.

BEWARE!!!!!!On 5/13/23 I test drove a Buick Encore. When I went in to talk numbers the salesman insisted on me giving him my social security number before he would discuss a deal with me. I told him that he did not have my permission to run a credit check unless I decided to purchase the vehicle. We DID NOT agree on the price so I left. Today I received an alert from my credit monitoring account that they had run my credit today ( 5/15/23 ) Why would any reputable dealership hold on to my personal information and use it days later? I have a very sick feeling about this and I advise everyone to proceed with caution when dealing with this dealership. When I contacted the sales manager he was rude and kept saying......"Just what do you want me to do about it?" I want you to be a decent and honest dealership who doesn't try to commit fraud with my information.
