The contractors they sent out to install fiber didn't announce themselves at the doorbell. Didn't ask where we wanted the box located. Just started drilling holes into our house and mounted it on the front of the structure. Nowhere near the existing penetration. They ran the cabling through tree limbs and branches. They also left the trash ends of the cable in the yard. The actual SS Telco people are nice but this install is not decent quality

This by far is the best internet I’ve ever had. I’ve had AT&T, VYVE, and Hughes and this beats all of them by far. As for service, My internet was hit by lightning last night and they showed up 30 minutes after I called to fix it. They would get 100 stars from me if I could give it. Thank you so much

I can understand they are trying to keep phone customers but requiring a phone line just to get their fiber is absurd.

Too many applications and contracts to even want to business with this company. Vyve has better service, quicker connectivity times and is cheaper monthly. Office employees are rude and snooty. Multiple times I have dealt with the people hanging up the phone without helping or getting any answers. Definitely not doing business again with this company.

Terrible service. We've been told for over 5 years they'd either run a new line or we'd get fiber. Haven't seen either and we're sitting now with no internet or phone service. It's Friday so we probably won't see anyone all weekend

Refused to sign me up on the affordable connectivity program. I was already approved and they told me I would have to cancel my application and come do another one. It’s a federal act. This is illegal for them to do. Just because you don’t know how to do your job doesn’t mean you can just refuse to do it.

We called to set up new fiber service and was told we could only have fiber if we paid for a phone line first to be installed and monthly service. Fiber internet does not run through a telephone line. Also, the fiber line was already installed and just needs to be activated.SST has the monopoly in this area. Interesting how your communities financial health is not a factor in progression but only your companies financial gain.

Always constantly saying "connected without Internet" the fiber optic is great when it is doing its job. Thinking of switching to Vyve. I don't care about the severance pay.

Terrible internet. Wish there was an option for no stars. Never receive the speed I’m paying for. Internet is constantly down. No after hours support. Forced to have a land line that I don’t use. Looking forward to Verizon or T-Mobile’s internet service to expand in this area. Tired of paying this company for services they don’t provide.
