If I could rate lower, I would. This bank will not let you exchange $300 in 20’s for 2 100’s and 2 50’s if you are not a customer there. If I was ever considering becoming their customer, that will NEVER happen now. Shame on them and this negative policy!

We have been with this bank since the early 1990's and have had car loans as well as checking and savings accounts. We have always experienced the best banking service ever enjoyed. They have recently decided to eliminate all ATM fees regardless of whose machines are used and that's just another service which is unique to this bank.

Years ago, I tried to open an account at Firstar Bank in Roland. I had two small boys at the time and they accompanied me to the bank. The teller directed us to a waiting area while the person in the office finished with another customer. A few minutes later when the office worker finished with the customer she looked out into the waiting area. I prepared to be called into the office when a man came bustling into the bank. He quickly spoke to a teller who pointed him to the woman in the office who'd just finished with the customer. He walked to her doorway, asked her a question and she motioned for him to sit down. She called out her doorway that she'd be with me in a minute. Ten minutes later, she was finished with the bustling man. He left and I again prepared to be called into the office. By then another person was waiting for the office worker. She looked out and called the other person into her office. This time there was no assurance that she'd be with us "in a minute." In fact, she ignored our presence. I suspect because I was dressed casually (it was summer) and had two active (though not inappropriately so) boys with me the woman in the office pigeonholed me as a less than desirable customer. She certainly did a good job at demonstrating that Firstar is a less than desirable place for me to have my accounts.

I have been with this bank since 1997. Got my house through this bank. I've had many small loans,savings and checking accounts through the years. Know most of the employees by name. Couldn't imagine any bank being more professional, friendly or helpful. I wouldn't trade banks no way. I always use the Roland branch normally. But I have occasionally used the sallisaw branch, they seem very professional also. A++++++

I will never use this company again! Do not make any arrangements with the loan officer Justin without getting them in writing! He went back on his word (completely screwed me and my husband for a lack of a better way to say it) & then lied about even having the 3 occurrence conversation with me! I was with them for almost 2 years, but I will never do any business with them every again! I am just forewarning anyone who is considering doing a loan with this company DO NOT! You will not be honestly and loyally taken care of!
