Normally I would not be posting this since I usually never have issues with this place, however I called up there a few minutes ago (I am out of town in Portland, Oregon at the moment) and clearly stated that I was deaf and asked them to repeat themselves. Whoever answered was very rude. So i said “ok thanks” and hung up. I have spent a lot of money with this place and the tone I received was pretty harsh. I really thought these were nice people. I guess I was wrong.

So I walked there, looking forward to a sandwich. I start telling the guy what I want but he says write it down. I didn't have my readers so I said I guess I won't get one. He said OK.
