Take 5 employees at the Purcell location were very pleasant and informative. They all introduced themselves with smiles on their faces. I was offered a bottle of water upon arrival. They had my oil changed fast and professional. I will be going back!

The air filter for the engine and the cabin filter are grossly overpriced and I know this because we looked them up, you charged us over 80.00 with tax for 2 filters that we can purchase for $24.00 so the dishonesty involved here is the primary reason we will never have a vehicle serviced by you again and we will never recommend your facility to anyone that we know,in a small town I do not need to tell you how this will play out because you will find out firsthand !
This is the second time that oil was needlessly spilled on the exhaust system and the second time we were told no problem it will eventually burn off so nevermind the smell of oil burning !
