I saved a lot of money changing to Cricket Wireless. They also used ACP to save more . I highly recommend Cricket Wireless.

We called twice, visited twice, and switched to Cricket at this location in September. We called first and recorded excellent assistance. On our first visit the customer service almost made us find a different location. We left and called again the next day. We verified who we could see upon visiting. We complained about our prior experience. We then had great service and switched carriers. They have been very helpful since as well.

The young man that helped me was great. I had no problem signing up and they had no problem taking my money. The whole process took about 15 minutes and I was out the door. However, they failed to tell me that as soon as I was closer to my home, I would not have any service. The coverage in my area was non existent. I was told I had 7 days to return my phone if I was not satisfied. When I took it back, I was told that he didn't know what it could be. This was a different young man and seemed to be annoyed that I was there. After getting nowhere with this kid I told him to call his manager. She was out of town and would not be in before my 7th day was up. So convenient. I left with no solution and angry. A few hundred dlars to have a phone with no service. Be very cautious if you decide to use cricket. They will lie to you and tell you that you have great coverage when in fact you have none. Save your time and money and go elsewhere!

The store seemed to have solved our problems, so I gave a five star rating.but kept having problems and Cricket kept shuffle us from one tech to another. Finally a supervisor said he would take care of the problem, we never heard back from them .I canceled Cricket, took the loss and moved on.

All I can say, is get your phone, and get out!! don't buy any extras!! they have, a out of sight warranty!! Once you're out of sight, it's out of warranty!! The feeling that I got,. every time I came here , was give us your money , and get out!! you bother us!!! A business is made up of its customers!! not money,!! Without customers, you have no business!!1 Take care of your customers, and you'll take care of your business!! Let's not forget the power of the Internet!! As far as Cricket wireless goes, and the service I give it five stars!! they use AT&t towers!! the 5G works great! A little sketchy, sometimes when you get into the city, but out here in the rural area! It's the only way to go!! Thank you Cricket!!!

One of the worst places I've had the displeasure to walk in. Paid for my service and never got credit for it. They actually turned my phone off the same night I got it. You can't leave the store with new phones unless you prepay for service. I ended up having to pay all over again and all the store could say was there's nothing we can do call customer service. Only customer service has no record it was paid even though I have a receipt. Going to have to involve the law and treat it as a theft. The staff is poorly trained and doesn't know the first thing about how to perform Thier job. Word to the wise go to Norman and avoid dealing with in affective people.
