Would've given this place 5 stars had they stayed open until their normal 8pm close time. I drove 91 miles for the new iPhone 15 pro max, even called the store prior to going and explained to the store that I was from out of state and that I would be on my way, because it was the only iPhone 15 within a 100 mile radius… I called stores in Joplin MO, Neosho MO, Rogers AR, as well as Fort Smith AR just to name a few that didn't have the iPhone. I arrived to the store, it not even being 8pm yet and was turned away, even after explaining the situation yet again, I was still turned away. I do not recommend coming to this place if you plan on getting the new iPhones…

Due to our location, we went with T Mobile Home Internet, and it has been one our worst decisions ever. It randomly slows and has to be constantly rebooted, and their customer service is hands-down the worst I have ever seen. They do not follow through on what they promise to do, even when it was noted in the account, and then tacks on numerous charges. They agreed to change my due date to match my payday, and here three months later they are sticking to the old due date, cutting off service, charging extra to turn it back on, and claiming that it will probably be changed "next billing cycle." I go in the store and they do try to help, but their ability to fix the account is nonexistent. At least it does not cost me $10 to go in the store, since TMobile charges $10 to talk to a customer service rep. I am going to cancel this ridiculous so-called home internet and go to a company that at least seems glad to have my business, and if you are considering T Mobile, you will save yourself a lot of overcharges and grief by going with ANY OTHER compsny but them! Do not fall for their claim of $50 a month because you will never have rhat unless you let them access your bank account and then they can take out whatever they like. Run away as fast as you can!

The employees are always nice and welcoming. They provide the help you need. Just a tip- try to be patient and not get upset at things they can’t control. T-Mobile in Pryor is the best!! 10/10 for me ^_^

This place is great. I was a Sprint customer and went in to get an upgrade on my wife and my phones. We had some issues because of the Sprint to TMobile transition, but Martín and Tanner fought every step of the way to get the issues resolved, they were 100% transparent with the problems and solutions, and got everything taken care of. If there is a complaint on these guys, someone is inept and/or just bad apples. These guys are A++! I'll do all of my business there.

I transferred from Verizon to T-Mobile through the store in Pryor, OK. I feel like I was scammed, lied to and when my wife tried to resolve the problem, the person on the other end hung up on her. As far as I am concerned, the Pryor store is staffed by the most inept and rudest employees I have ever had to deal with. What a shame that a company as big as T-Mobile would condone this type of behavior from any of their staff at any level. After several calls and hours on the phone, we were able to talk with an upper level executive with T-Mobile who personally corrected the problems the Pryor store created. I would be very surprised if the management at the Pryor store still has a job by closing today. I personally hope they don't! In closing, related to my personal experience with T-Mobile, please think long and hard before you choose T-Mobile as your phone carrier.

Legitimately the best customer service I’ve ever received. Considerate and patient and determined in resolving my issue. I left with reassurance that they were available for help remotely and they made sure I had the store number to be able to do that before I walked out. I was impressed enough to feel compelled to acknowledge Marteen and Jeremy.
