We have been storing my mothers items there for over a year. It has been great for storage, and price is very reasonable. I will say if you don’t mail your bill, then good luck ever trying to pay it in person. Anytime I have tried to pay the bill in person no one answers the door and when I call no one answers the phone. This happened multiple times last summer, I made 3 trips there to no answer. This happened a few months ago, and is happening now, as I made a trip there yesterday and today as well with no answer. I would recommend they get some type of drop box, as there is no place to leave the bill. It’s irritating to have to waste gas and my time off to go see if they’ll answer the door. Just need to remember to mail the bill every month.Edit to add: owner has apologized and confirmed with me they do have a drop box.

I had my whole entire home contents stored here in a 10x20 while i was in the process of building my new home. Rental rate was very competitive and i had the piece of mind knowing the folks who own the storage also lives at the location.

This storage unit is gated and priced reasonably. The owners are very friendly. I enjoyed renting here.

There is security fencing and entrance. The owners live on site. Security Cameras. 10days no late fees after due date til the 11th day.. I have used them more than once. And I do recommend them. I haven't ever had a problem.
