I had this company come out from State Farm to tow my car. They were super late and then knocked down my mailbox. When I called to speak with them about what happens they told me I needed to speak with the manager and took my number. Fastfoward 1 week later and 3 messages later and the manager still hasn’t called me. Super irresponsible and unprofessional.

The request for a wrecker service was presented to them at 9:30 in the morning at 12:30 in the afternoon. They had still not shown up on scene and I am less than 11 miles away from them. Additionally, they had marked on my insurance app that they were on scene. When I contacted them, I was told that they pulled their one driver out of the four that they have on staff of my request to put them on a PD request. I was then told that their other three drivers on staff are out of town. I was also told that it would be a minimum of another hour before they arrived. I was able to contact my insurance company and they were able to get another reliable service in route.

always have fast service and they told me that my battery was leaking and told me exactly where to go to get it fixed. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and got me in and out quickly.

Used Shelter for roadside that dispatched out this TERRIBLE COMPANY for a tow. Called multiple times for update, they told me truck on his way. NEVER SHOWED UP 3+ HOURS LATER. Had a stranger to tow us home. NEVER USE THEM. IF YOU DO YOU WILL WANT TO DO LIKE ME AND CANCEL SERVICE WITH YOUR PROVIDER FOR CONTRACTING WITH A COMPANY LIKE SPEEDY!

We used our State farm roadside assistance and they contracted this service to tow my vehicle. Very rude customer service, the girl who is dispatching or answering the phone was no help and very unpleasant to, they kept lying to me about the ETA I waited over 2hours! I do not recommend them and will be filing a complaint to consumer affairs

Not worthy of one star, I was on the side of the road 4 hours waiting for a tow truck and then they called me and said they would be rerouting a truck as soon as possible. Luckily my friend was on the way to Tulsa and saw me on the side of the road, with his help I got home with the car safe.

Was connected with speedys through my auto insurance to tow my vehicle. Service was timely and their driver communicated with me effectively to meet all my needs, no issues to speak of

It was very speedy. Eke was right on top of it, got us in and out. You stay in your car while it gets serviced.
