Today was my first time in this convenient store and I did not enjoy my experience one bit. I was the only person in the store other than the clerk. Like I previously stated, it was my first time in the store so, of course I wasn’t familiar with the set up or placement of product so, I quickly scanned one isle and then found myself at the cooler for a drink option. Not only that, I had a stomach ache which was my reason for stopping. I needed to put something on my stomach but, when you don’t feel well, nothing sounds quite appetizing. With that being said, as I was wondering the drinks, I hear a woman pretty much yelling at me, saying “ma’am.. ma’am!!” I guess I just didn’t think anything of it and assumed she was speaking to someone else considering I was literally browsing the cooler section for a drink. Keep in mind, I had only been in the store for approximately 2 MINUTES AT MOST. Not very long, AT ALL. Once I realized she was speaking to me she goes on to ask me if I need help finding something but, come on now.. it’s not what you say, it’s how you say it and how she said it was very rude and honestly, pretty aggressive and no help from the disgusted look that rested on her face either. I was confused at first and told her no. I then continued to gather my things but, quickly because now I felt like she was treating me as if I was doing something wrong. I was very polite when paying for my things but, honesty only because I felt accused or judged, or I don’t know, profiled in some way. As a gas station/convenient store clerk of a MUCH larger company, myself… I was absolutely appalled by her behavior. I will never give this store my business or well hard earned money again. Id also like to mention to whoever does the hiring at this store, that pretty faces and genuinely, nice souls have a huge role in customer service and even sales!! So, if I were the one hiring, I wouldn’t look past one’s attitude or appearance because well, I for one, couldn’t quite look past the mustache that laid upon this very much rude lady’s face. Hopefully nobody else has to start their morning off with such ugliness. Happy Saturday, y’all.

The best little station in town.

This store and owners have been here as long as I have (13 yrs) and it is- HANDS DOWN- the best convenience store/gas station on this side of town. The store is always clean or being cleaned. They carry everything and are focused on getting you in and out. There is always at least one cashier and they are looking right at you, ready to ring you up or answer a question- NOT playing on their phones, chatting or ignoring you. They understand the need for speed and efficiency.

They FINALLY got the new style, digital pumps and they are the closest place to my house that has them!!! WOOHOO!!! YES!!! ??? Plus, the gas prices are the cheapest you will find in this area without using a coupon or any kind of discount. The only thing I wasn't happy about was the fact that the Sinclair app is having trouble with credit/debit cards. ?

Sinclairs use to be my favorite place in town to get late night snacks until I had the WORST experience with one of their night shift employees. He told my fiance and I to leave when we walked in the store with her service dog. After telling him he was a service dog the man proceeds to ask what he's for and I thought the conversation would end there. He proceeds to tell us to "get what you need and leave", saying something about covid policy and how we "linger" whenever we shop there. He proceeded to raise his voice when my fiance tried to tell him about service dog policies. Telling her to stop arguing with him or we can leave.. People like this make it so difficult to go in public with a service dog and feel comfortable in public. And I will probably no longer be buying my products here. I hope no one else with a service dog has to experience this at this establishment.

How about a hello or thank you or possibly a smile from any of the three people working at your store after spending over $150.00 there in the past two days?! The worst customer service!

Amazing selection of drinks and snacks, some that are not available anywhere else in town. You can get gas without standing in the rain, and it is well lit at night and the pumps are not far from the door, so no walking across a dark parking lot. The staff is extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful!

Our favorite place for gas ⛽, friendly staff, good merchandise selection, and very easy access from Highways 69 and 20. Also 5¢ gallon gasoline discount with Sinclair credit card.
