They got my truck right in. Drove me to work. Promptly fixed my problem, came and picked me up from work and got me back on the road. They are very courteous and friendly and take care of problems quickly. Thank you cody and team!!! /

Just purchased a vehicle here and had the BEST experience. Caleb made my buying process so smooth! I literally showed up, test drove and walked away with the keys in less than 45 minutes. Will not be using anyone else for a vehicle purchase again!

Fair price. Helpful, friendly sales staff. No high pressure sales. I would recommend them if you're looking for a place that treats you fairly.

Didn’t show us all the bells and whistles that the truck could do. Still working in that ourselves and we are not real tech savvy, so it has been difficult

I gave you a 2 and that because our sales person was kind and was working for the sale. The finance manager was RUDE! His ego showed today.
If we can’t make a deal that’s fine, it’s business. I’d recommend taking a customer service course. Just a recommendation for the future. Not everyone comes in with a lack of knowledge and before you attempt to word play someone because they are female understand not all of us play. You lost a sale and future business. I will never ever recommend this location.

They were very patient with us, until we got this technology block right.

RUN from this place. We had high hopes for this place after speaking with our salesman Robert. He did a great job, was really personable and we enjoyed getting to know him. But the rest of the team we dealt with was a horrible experience all around. Shane led us to believe they were sending the PO order to our loan officer that had already approved our loan and only after they were finished did we learn they had re-ran our credit to finance it themselves through the same bank we were already using. Shane also led us to believe we had no choice but to stretch the loan out to 84 months to get a payment amount in the general idea we already had ours in. Then when we got into the finance room we were lied to again when the finance man told us that "both the warranty and gap only add $5 a month to our payment" when in reality they added over $70 a month to our payment, Shane had just already figured the warranty price in when he quoted our initial payment. And that's why it was stretched out so far. Never once telling us that we were financing $5600 more than we should have been. He lied directly to our face and said we were financing 24k and when we got our paperwork in the mail it was over $29,000. We've tried to give them the chance to correct the error and to make this right, but they havent. They've fought us the entire way. I would never ever ever do business here again and I warn you not to either. They fought us on even cancelling the GAP and warranty and even though we finally recevied the documents needed to cancel it, we're still stuck with a higher interest rate we never should have had, had they went through our loan office and not added almost $6,000 to our loan without tricking us into it.

I purchased a vehicle from this location in September 2020. The dealership was purchased by someone else after that, and was unable to provide the warranty information. I got Robert, from finance, on the phone, and he did a bunch of legwork and found the original servicer and provided that information to me. Mike, the receptionist, is absolutely fabulous and she is so kind and caring. The Customer service experience that I had today with Mike and Robert is consistent with the excellent experience I had when I purchased a vehicle for years ago. The dealership continues to provide top-notch customer service even after the purchase. I highly recommend you purchase your vehicle from this dealership!

I have put off writing this review in hopes that things would just clear themselves up. I must say that I would advise against buying a car that is outside of your state of residence. ? There are just things that can go awry. That decision is totally on ME. I found a Jeep that I wanted and reached out to this dealership. The only used Jeeps I could find around my town were so loaded that I couldn't afford them. Kaylee was (and still is) so wonderful, helpful, and patient. If she was local to me, I wouldn't buy from anyone else. ? Financing has been difficult and not because I don't have good credit. I didn't get the warm fuzzies from the FI guy (not saying I should... he was, well... an FI guy). I wanted to add my tax, tags and title into the amount financed and was told that ($1,000) would throw my loan into another (higher) interest rate. Weird, but okay. Apparently financing tax, tags, and title isn't a thing in OK. And he was right: I didn't do any research on buying a vehicle in Oklahoma (facts). Touché.
I bought a premium extended warranty and wish they had offered some info on that. But, I can do the research. It just would have been nice - even a pamphlet. But it's fine.
So, I left after a deal was made. An hour into my 9 hour drive home, I took it back, ready to leave it because of a strange sound coming from what sounded like the windshield/radio. Kaylee and I took it back out, and (thankfully) she heard it, too. Then, the service manager and his amazing tech went out and figured the problem! YAY! He was super nice, too! The issue was that I couldn't stay to get it fixed because I had to show up to teach school the next day (that was a crazy-long day!). He told me that wherever I got it fixed, they would pay any balance that wasn't covered by warranty. I'm still waiting on that $200 that came out of my pocket. It's fine - I believe he will make good on that.
The real kicker is that I set up my new loan to be automatically drafted out of my checking account (just like my old one). The bank was great and very helpful (PNC) in helping me do that. UNFORTUNATELY, my old loan has stayed active, and now I have paid double car notes! YIKES!!! ? My old payment went through as normal AND SO DID MY NEW ONE! ? ???
I contacted the FI guy and Kaylee about this, and Kaylee responded, letting me know that the payoff that was sent to the original lender never cleared their bank. ? She said they cancelled that check and resubmitted another one. I wonder a couple of things. Obvi, FI man was not a fan of me. That's fine. I didn't go to make friends. But seems like getting the registration packet on the VERY LAST POSSIBLE DAY ("3-4 weeks") as well as my initial loan not being paid off in a timely manner might be... less than coincidental? I don't know. Maybe it was all just by chance. Hard to say. If I hadn't seen that, I wonder when they would have? I don't know. It was a very strange financial adventure. My advice is to walk into a dealership with your own financing.
So I posted this review initially on September 5th. The purchase date was 7/29. The afternoon that I posted it, the GM from the dealership called and left me a message that he had read my review and wanted to discuss. I responded by email (and took down the review) to explain that I was teaching and proceeded to communicate in an email. No response. Then I sent a second. No response. I actually told him what I needed... NO RESPONSE.
Now it’s 9/9, and I am reposting. Please Mr. GM, I don’t want a phone call. I can take an email. I have explained that I need the original lender paid off. I would like the exact amount of the payment yall sent to the original lender. I would also like the $200 that I was told I would be reimbursed for the already-damaged-windshield issue (I have that in writing).
This is more than an inconvenience, and I need it all t

I will never buy a car from them aging nor will I ever recommend someone buy a car from them.

I had a terrible time at this dealership. We went to look at a car and had the appointment planned days in advance. The car wasn’t cleaned and had numerous cosmetic issues that could have easily been fixed. When we went to get financed and had our trade in appraised they took our keys. Three hours dragged on while they kept “running the numbers” there were multiple times where we said we wanted to leave and they’d stall and not give us our keys. Our husband finally had to go in their office and ask them to hand the keys that were sitting on their desk. They low balled my trade in and acted like we were stupid. Stopped us at the door and wouldn’t let us leave after we had our keys. The salesman kept talking over us, at one point he asked us what our other car was 4 times in a span of ten minutes or so and still couldn’t remember what we said. In the conversation he was like “what part was I on” like he was following the script in his head. Then they accidentally kept my license and I had to come back the next day. The front desk woman was hateful to me (mind you I was very polite). After I walked out with my license they stopped me again asking about my trade in. It was by far the worst experience I’ve had at a dealership. I will not be back again.

When I called to inquire about the Sierra 1500 AT4X, the sales team at Pryor Chevrolet was helpful and professional. Bob (Sales) and Shane (Mgr) helped me understand the specifics of the vehicle and spec it out with the add-ons I wanted to include. Jimmy, who is in finance, helped me select the right coverage and term that met my needs.
