Sadly service has gone down hill for us since after 2020. Can’t give us much information anymore it seems like and not much help is wanting to be put into helping us over the phone. We haven’t been two happy the last two years and now we won’t be going back after this year go around. Customer service is going down hill and would be nice for other representatives in the office to know more information instead of just Rebecca which we haven’t had a face to face with for second year in a row now. We got our quote back for how much we owe and it was completely wrong compared to what the IRS sent us in the mail and when we called to ask what was going on and if this was true no one seemed to interested in wanting to help us figure out why.

Absolutely amazing and fast. She always has them done within 2 or 3 days. Our returns have showed up within 2 weeks . Absolutely, recommend her to anyone. Basic taxes run 160- and then she also does business's taxes
