Employees looked at me walking in the door and turned the lights out At 4:57 pm. Talking about how they were closing. Then one employee beat me out of the driveway at 5:00. After I grabbed my one item that took me longer to search for in the dark with my flashlight. My girlfriend commented on how rude they were to her in the past when I told her my story. I’m personally done spending money with them.

Service is good. Employees are generally friendly and helpful. The store hours are not convenient for most people. Store should be open until 7 Monday trough Saturday and at least until 2 on Sunday. These hours would better serve the community and surrounding areas. To get anything after work or on weekends after 2 you'll have to drive to Claremore.

Picked up a bundle of "Culled Lumber" for $50. 20 pcs of 2 x 4 x 20' which would sell normally for $16- $18 each at Lowes. Great deal so you make the choice. See attached photos. Glad I stopped by.

I buy lumber and product at Pryor Lumber to keep me from driving to Claremore and spending the money on gas… overall, the place is clean, employees are friendly and helpful… but today I was very disappointed in the 2x4x8 common lumber selection that you had available… most of the 2X4 were full of knots, plained with missing gaps and splits…. These were not No. 2 grade lumber, yet I was paying full price as I would at the others hardware stores. It took me 30 min to sort through the junk and has to clean the walking area as not to trip as the pick-site was full of junk and scattered boards. Very disappointed as what I finally took home was no better than trash…. But I took what I bought. I’ll spend the gas money and go to Claremore next time when looking for good quality.
