I had a flat, which I changed myself. I stopped in to see if they would check work (because I'm a woman, and I've only changed 1 other tire in my life) and they were happy to do it to make sure I was safe. Thank you guys!

Took my truck there for new was good then asked if they could align the front end they had it for 4 days came back terrible they took it back for 5 more days still bad. I took it home for 2 weeks took it back to them for 12 more day and they made it worse ? ?

I am seriously disappointed in the staff at Mike’s Tire in Pryor OK. We brought in a 2013 Hyundai Sonata because we were told that it was misfiring the 3rd cylinder. A staff member at Mike’s Tire diagnosed the vehicle and reported that we needed a new engine at 6300.00. We paid for the diagnostic and took it to Tulsa Hyundai in Tulsa to have it diagnosed. Come to find out that we did not need a new engine. All that we needed was an ignition coil and a new battery. We paid 10% of what it would have cost for a new engine. Thank God we are members of AAA and we did not have to pay to tow it to Tulsa.
If they would have told us this at Mike’s, we would have had them fix it, but now they have lost my business.

Had a flat lawn mower tire. Took it in and the gentleman handling the customer service was so kind. Very friendly, very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in detail about what we had, what our choices were, and what the price would be. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes with our tire fixed. Great service, great price. I would be very confident in recommending Mike's Tire to friends and family. And will be using them from now on.Thank you!!

my wife took her car to have an oil change approx 5 months ago. she also told me air filter was replaced. i took the same vehicle for another oil change not too long ago and as always, no issues. i was checking battery connection yesterday and noticed the air filter was sticking out of the filter housing plus was not locked in properly. found out it was the wrong size after i took the filter out. the one installed was rectangular hence about an inch short and an inch long on one side.very disappointed
