They've been great. Installed my fridge and dishwasher with no issues.
The blower motor went out in our AC. Melton's got a new blower installed the next day in no time. They even helped me out with installing my Nest thermostat.

My fridge still not working..meltons have not been good to fix. kitchen flooded h2o filter not connected..then fixed..FIDGE IS NOT WORKING ..I HOPE THEY WILL COME ASAP. NO STAR FOR MELTONS.

Meltons is fabulous! I've been using them for years, and I won't call anybody else. They always fix the problem, and their prices are dirt cheap. You can't do any better.

They were here within 45 minutes of my call. The tech was very nice and cordial. He was only here maybe 15 minutes and had it fixed.

The first time I used them they were nice and professional. Second time the receptionist/and lady in billing were rude and the guy that came out was very unprofessional and actually said something very insulting. I will never use them again! 0 Stars (I'm convinced one of the parts that I needed was still under warranty but I was told it wasn't)

I'm pretty sure they do not carry any parts for any appliances. The lady at the front desk is very off-putting and does not even seem to want to help.
