Probably the best car buying experience I’ve had. Craig, Dalton, and Adrian worked together to make my experience, clean, quick, honest and fair. They did an inventory swap with a less desirable dealership to ensure I got the Vapor Blue Mustang GT Premium I really wanted. These guys are a class act, and I’m a Matthew’s Ford of Pryor customer for life.

They took my trade in, gave me a fair value, worked with me to make sure we found a solid deal, and they even cleaned up the car for me so I could leave with it in the best possible condition! We dealt with Bryson on a used abyss grey f-150. He is newer to the car sales business but we appreciated all he did. We drove a couple options and he had knowledge on each. The truck had some imperfections we wanted fixed, needed a second key and a manual, and a couple other things. They took care of everything from delivering the truck to the body shop to bringing us the truck to our home with a fresh oil change, detail, windshield, 2 front tires, and full tank of gas!! This has been our personal best experience at a dealership. Shout out again to Bryson and Craig!

Wow! Best car buying experience ever. Our salesman Gavin Feathers and the Finance Manager Adrian Moreno made this purchase incredibly easy. They are very knowledgeable, professional and gave us a great deal on price. The drive was well worth it. We highly recommend Matthews Ford of Pryor.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Matthews Ford of Pryor, and I must say it was, without a doubt, the worst service I have ever encountered in my life. From start to finish, my interactions with this dealership were marked by deception, a complete lack of transparency, and shockingly rude customer service.The initial promise made by the salesperson about the extended warranty being included in the deal turned out to be nothing more than a manipulative tactic to close the sale. Upon reaching the finance department, I was presented with a different story by a person named Zach, who assured me that all I needed to do was take my car to any dealership for warranty service. Little did I know that this was just the beginning of a series of false assurances.The purchase process itself was a nightmare. After paying for my car, I was left waiting for over three weeks to receive it. Throughout this period, I had to repeatedly call the dealership for updates, only to be given conflicting information and the runaround. The promised completion dates came and went without any communication from their end, forcing me to take the initiative and contact them for updates.The lack of communication continued post-purchase, with the dealership failing to uphold their commitment to keeping me informed. The customer service representatives I dealt with over the phone were consistently rude and unhelpful. It took multiple attempts and transfers before I could finally reach a manager, who, to their credit, was the only person displaying a semblance of kindness.A year later, when issues arose with my car and I sought assistance from a local dealership, I discovered the shocking truth – there was no warranty on my vehicle, despite the assurances from [Dealership Name]. Upon contacting them to address the issue, I was met with a dismissive and prideful attitude from Zach, who displayed a complete lack of accurate information regarding my deal.In summary, my experience with this dealership was an absolute nightmare. Their customer service is abysmal, communication is virtually nonexistent, and they seem to have no qualms about deceiving customers to protect their own interests. I strongly advise anyone considering a purchase from this dealership to steer clear. Frankly, it's bewildering how a business with such unethical practices manages to stay afloat.

If I could rate higher than 5 I would, let's just say 10 out of 5! From the get-go, Gavin was one of the most friendly and professional salesmen I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Gavin did everything to make it as stress-free as possible; doing a walk-around with video and photos of any and all blemishes so I knew 100% what I could expect once arriving. Once I got there, he continued this and made my purchase one of the most painless car buying experiences one could hope for. All in all, I was in and out of there in less than 2 hours. the atmosphere was light and playfull but also very professional!! I definitely recommend buying a car from Matthews Ford of Pryor and ask for Gavin!!
