I was willing to give Ram a chance since the truck seems to have really improved over the last few years. I walked in the door and there was a salesman at a desk right there. The dude was poorly qualified to be the face of that Pryor dealership. Sorry. Im sure he's a great guy but still. Then the sales manager comes out to take over for him and tells me everything the other guy said was wrong and they have nothing on the lot like I wanted to test drive. This was my first time to consider a Ram pickup, and this dealership bungled the initial contact.

I made an appointment for 9 am. To have some rattling checked out on my car. They had it two days and test drove it 20 miles and said they couldn't duplicate it. It's very apparent and not hard to miss. I would post a video if I could. The shuttle guy was nice though.

Highly recommend this place it's a little of a drive BUT SOOOOO WORTH IT BELIEVE ME!!!! Super helpful staff!! Super reliable cars, my car was stolen sadly but here they are to the rescue

got sold a kia and was told the engine light was just a sensor issue and now have to buy a new whole new camshaft and pull out the engine. Thanks for telling me before hand!

We called from a hour away, to check on some F250 diesels and stated we were driving that direction. AJ said he'd look at the 3 trucks they had listed online and call us back in 5 minutes. (Lie 1) Forty minutes later, we called back and the receptionist took a message for him. Still no return call. Ten minutes later, we called the third time and got AJ again. He said they'd all been moved to another lot. (Lie 2). We replied that we were fixing to pull in. He mysteriously found 2 of them. We asked him about the one we had driven specifically to see. He firmly stated it had been moved. Meanwhile one of the trucks looked exactly like it! Finally, he decides to go get the price for this "new trade in". (Lie 3). IT HAD THE EXACT OK TAG NUMBER, AS THE ONE IN THE PICTURES ADVERTISED ON LINE!!!! He comes out and said the price was $5k more. (Lie 4). I could clearly see the price online. Finally he concluded with saying it would cost $500 more to bring the vehicle back from their lot in Chandler! (Lie 5) We we're looking at the exact truck!He continued by saying it had not been cleaned up yet and he couldn't give an exact price because it might need more work, to actually get it sold out the door!!!!!!!This entire experience was a total disaster. After 5 hours of wasted time and money we are headed home without the $53,500.00 truck we wanted to buy. This place is extremely dishonest! Stay away. Horrible experience! The Milsteads PS.... EVERY REVIEW online is 1 star!!!! This is not a good business.

These people lied, over and over and over. We agreed to a price and after 40 minutes of waiting, They added over $8,000 to the price we agreed to. THEY ADDED $2,399.00 for detailing it. They added $1,999.00 for covid cleaning. They said it was something they had to do by law. I asked them to show me the law, I offered my IPAD for them to google the law and show me. They refused. They had about 4 more added fees for several thousand more. They guy who claims to be the manager comes out as I am leaving...says, come on back in, we can make this happen, I asked that he put it in an email,,he said, "no way I am putting anything on paper." That last statement should tell you how honest they are not.

I agree with the others they are as bad as it gets not only no communications. They charged $3700 not only was the truck not fixed but I later found out the part was not even a necessary part for what was wrong. They would not respond at all. Dodge customer service would not even investigate them

There should be a 0 star rating for places just like these. These guys make the old slimeball used car salesmen of the day a modern day reality. Call to check on a truck, " yeah shes great come on by and lets do the deal" drive an hour to nowhere OK and the paint is peeling for a foot and the front window is cracked a foot long. Should have walked then but another truck caught our eye and so we proceeded to be lied to for an hour while they drove our trade around. Offer finally comes to the table "oh yeah KBB gets close but we're gonna be 2k less for the value of your trade and our truck needs work so the online price we told you is wrong and its over 2k higher now". If these guys were selling water in the Sahara, I'd just meet my maker and explain. Now on to warn my friends on facebook, instagram and twitter.

Buyer beware. I requested cancellation of both the service contract and ultimate bundle I purchased the day after I signed for my truck. I was told since the deal was already funded it would have to be canceled and refund would be processed against the loan. I am now almost 5 months since I put in my request and have yet to see the full amount refunded. I spent 3 months going round and round with Austin Hamby before talking with Mark Molder the GM to only find out Austin had not canceled the contracts On 12/21 Mark informed me that he had the cancellation processed and I should see the refund in 5 to 10 business days. I confirmed with Mark that both contracts were cancelled and I would be refunded for the full amount. In talking with my bank today they have only received a partial refund for the service contract but nothing for the bundle.

Please stay away from this place! The managers at the desk told my girlfriend that they would love to see her work there in a crop top, and when she told them that made her uncomfortable, they did it 3 more times. There is no professionalism at this place. Steer clear!!
