1. Their used selection is overpriced for the condition. They have them priced as if they’re in mint condition. One truck had extremely worn tires, looked like it had lived off road, worn interior, rock chips all over and it was only 2 years old, but priced like it had just left the showroom floor.2. Sales tactics were insulting. They treat you like you’re ignorant to how car sales work. Two other trucks didn’t have a sticker on them but the “price was 60k”, for a 2020 and 2019 Sierra/Silverado. Those are 2022 model prices. That’s all it took to know they were attempting to play me. Then they tried to make me feel good by saying they could magically cut the price to the mid 40s. Then they tried to force a test drive, which I didn’t want. I wanted to settle on a price first, or at least get really close. But they kept pushing the test drive and said they wouldn’t entertain negotiations unless we got in the truck because I’m not a serious buyer. So I asked what that meant and he said “well I guess the price is 60k then”. Probably the wrong thing to say to a customer who had money to spend. So, I let him know what I thought about him and left.3. There is no way on God’s green earth that I can ever be convinced to buy anything from this place, to include a hot wheels car. The customer service is horrendous, and they treat you like you’re stupid. Don’t fall for their sneaky tactics. Don’t let them trick you on pricing. Do not tell them what you want your payment to be either, they just finagle the term and interest to benefit them. Or better yet, don’t go here.
