“G&M Automotive had replaced all six of my spark plugs. After getting them replaced, I had went to the Ford dealership and had my check engine light diagnosed along with a software update only for them to tell me that I had a cracked spark plug and that they needed replaced and tried to charge me an arm and a leg. I immediately contacted G&M and explained to them what happened and that I had some cracked spark plugs they had just installed on my truck and were never fully fixed. After letting them know what happened they said they would warranty the spark plugs and do all the work again for free!! They know how to take care of their customers that’s for sure.”

“In short, Barker Transmission is a great place to get transmission work done. If you’re interested in details I have several; Scott Barker was very informative and helpful when I called and was quick to get my 2005 GMC Yukon XL Denali in the shop. There was good communication throughout the process that ensured me there would be nothing replaced on my vehicle without him contacting me first and during that process I learned just how much care Scott and his team put into the work that they do. They focused on all aspects of my car that directly affect the performance of the transmission and not just the transmission itself. The price point was very reasonable compared to a lot of other shops that I called. They got the job done in the timeframe they gave me. And there was simple honesty and transparency all along the way. Scott is straight to the point and very knowledgeable and I feel the end result was worth every penny. “Great company but need to update their hours! Says they're open at 7:30 am and they're not. Same goes with closing at 5:30 pm. Came by a couple of times before 5:30 and it was closed. Otherwise they're great ❤️ Prices are nice and so are the mechanics”
“I had bought 2 tires a little over a month ago, well today I got a screw in the sidewall of my tire. When I took it to Walmart they said those tires have been discontinued and there were no more. The only other tire of that kind was $220. (I paid $65 for mine on clearance.) Walmart policy is when this happens the customer pays the difference. All I had was $67 dollars and the people there were determined to make sure I left with the tire and not have to pay any extra. It took them about 30 minutes to figure it out but they did and I am very very grateful.
I ended up paying $0 and left with a brand new tire in less than an hour.
I’ve done all my oil changes and tires at this auto center and so far not a single complaint. Typically out of there in 30 minutes or less.”
