“They had the correct inventory, other 2 national chains had a shortage on their inventory. Which I understand happens, it's the don't care attitude of the staff. AutoZone staff was very helpful, and also their prices were better. Definitely coming back here.”
“I had bought 2 tires a little over a month ago, well today I got a screw in the sidewall of my tire. When I took it to Walmart they said those tires have been discontinued and there were no more. The only other tire of that kind was $220. (I paid $65 for mine on clearance.) Walmart policy is when this happens the customer pays the difference. All I had was $67 dollars and the people there were determined to make sure I left with the tire and not have to pay any extra. It took them about 30 minutes to figure it out but they did and I am very very grateful.
I ended up paying $0 and left with a brand new tire in less than an hour.
I’ve done all my oil changes and tires at this auto center and so far not a single complaint. Typically out of there in 30 minutes or less.”
