“The bearings went out on my single axle car hauler. Contacted them and was assisted by Randy, the owner. He got us hooked up with the Axle Surgeon and after having a new spindle welded on, Randy's crew put us back together again.
I have a home town mechanic but not as professional and as fair as R and S. Not only did our needed repairs get handled, but the crew found a couple issues that could have been devastating soon after getting back on the road. Something my regular mechanic over looked. I have established a good relationship here and now have my PM maintenance issues fixed here when I am passing through and can get an appointment. Worth the wait even though I'm not in my home state or terminal.
