My transmission started acting up in my truck called and talked to Taylor he had me bring it in right away check truck out and transmission was bad gave me severeal difffrent options so ordered a trans he called and said trans was in took truck and had transmission put in and kept me up to date on progress and when I asked him question he had an answer. Tayler is the only person I would trust in Poteau to work on my truck. He is a great mechanic and charges fair prices. I straight piped this 700 HP monster and replaced the factory step rail with an automatic side step!

Best shop we've ever used. They have worked us in at the last minute, and got us down the road quickly, many times. More than fair a price every visit. Clear communication. Friendly environment that welcomes our wait as well. One of the mechanics even came to us, a few miles down the road to make sure it was ok to take off when one of our vehicles kept acting up. They stand by their work. Taylor has treated us so well, he's become someone we actually consider a friend. Highly recommend.

My Ford needed atransmission replacement. The staff kept me updated on the status of the transmission, since it had to be ordered. The quality of workmanship/repair was very high. I was given instructions on upkeep after the work was done. I will not hesitate to call them again should I need other repairs on my truck. They were professionals.

Broke down at the gas pump next door, my husband called the boys at River Valley... They were over immediately. I was driving our old 1960 station wagon and the fuel hose had cracked while I was fueling up. They got underneath the car, diagnosed and repaired withing 30 minutes! Saved my rear! I recommend giving them a call whenever you're in a bind with vehicle repairs!

I highly don't recommend. Nothing but lies and problems. They replaced an engine on a vehicle last year that didn't make it far before we had to put it back in the shop because of the engine they replaced and on top of the fact they kept it for months. They now are making excuses for it. Thousands of dollars spent.

I took my vehicle to have the axels replaced and they waited until they tore it all apart and raised the bill $1000 more. Unfortunately, my vehicle was not fixed. The technician had the torque wrench was turned up too high. They stripped out lug nuts and a bolt to the ball joint. By the time I made it to the dealership, my front end almost fell out. The CV axels weren’t replaced properly which cased the parts to fail and It took 2 days to find out where they got the parts so I could get it the warranty filled. And they also never fixed the antifreeze leak that they charged for. I’ve been back to the dealership 6 times and a different shop twice just to fix the damages.
