They make sure you have great deals to save money. They call to remind you with any changes that has been made. Over 10 years I’ve been with them and I never had any problems. Just transferred our insurance here. What a difference already! James came out and introduced himself while I was doing paperwork. Phoenix is great to work with and even helped with our rental car insurance when our vehicle broke down out of town.

We have used James T. Smith State Farm Insurance Agency for years on end and we've never had one thought or reason to go with another agent. We have had a few claims over the years, but we've been covered each time and without any concern or delay. The staff there are amazing -- extremely efficient and accommodating.
