Every experience I've had dealing with insurance throughout the years has been a pain, until I shopped around & found Farmers. Not only were the ladies down there sweet and helpful, but Bethany went way out of her way to make sure I saved money from the company I came from, made sure that the transition went easy for me without missing work, and most importantly, treated me like I was the most important customer in the world. I'll definitely stick with Farmers because of her. She was so friendly & professional.

They have a great office staff... My overall experience when I tried to change insurance and bought a new vehicle was awful I was overcharged. Then I was double charged. That is a lot of money to be tied up and out of commission from my account for going on two weeks, and I may add I still don't have my money. It makes for not happy customer.

The ladies of the office are amazing people. I called today to replace a vehicle on my policy, and was on the phone for only 2 minutes tops with Bethany. Moving back to Oklahoma and finding insurance was going to be tough, but going through this agency has helped a lot! Thanks a lot ladies!
