DISHONEST, MANIPULATIVE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE So I went in to buy a Engagement Ring. Gave 100 cash and traded a Seiko. The owner Jack authenticated the watch. Went back in to get some kind of a refund and her kept the watch and Seiko. Said it was not real after he , the same person said it was at the time of purchase. Currently looking in fraud charges in Laflore County. He is a criminal

I have purchased less than five rings in my entire life and almost all of them, have been purchased from this location! In 1992 my husband and I purchased gold nugget wedding bands, and we could afford a quarter carat diamond that was not very clear, so therefore, very cheap, to be placed on top of my gold band. Today I visit in order to help add another member to our family! I can’t wait to see her reaction.

Took my mother's ring into Jack's and the young man said a couple weeks, Well a month later, and me going in every week I finally got my ring back thinking that they lost it, If they would have called me this would have been a different. My mom passed last year.

My last few pieces have been from Jack’s, they are absolutely stunning! My husband takes his time and always picks exactly the perfect items! I’ve had one piece repaired due to me wearing it everyday for 4 years! When I got it back, it looked brand new! Justin has always been amazing to work with!!!

I witnessed a Jack’s employee driving so fast into the bank drive thru almost causing an accident with a lady in a vehicle full of children. I hope he’s not that careless selling jewelry! Slow down, I’m sure she was wanting to get in and out just like you were.
