Using digital coupons at this store is a joke! Labels on shelves don’t align with the product and pricing isn’t accurate. DG was supposed to serve communities that are food deserts or underserved. Come on DG if you add digital coupons for Saturdays - make them work. Policy is if you as a customer have taken proper action to download or clip coupons and they don’t appear at checkout - they can’t honor them? Why take advantage of people in these small communities?

Many times there is issue with the self checkout register and people have been seen leaving without paying and I've even ended up with their items billed to my transaction by mistake. Running a skeleton crew doesn't make a store more effective, instead of raising prices they should improve the quality of the experience as well as for the employees who are overworked and tasked and underpaid.
