Called to get a price for mounting and balance on 4 tires. The guy said don’t have no idea call me back next week click and hung up the phone. I get it’s Friday but that’s not how you run a business.

Westside service has always been very professional, fixing the problems with vehicles. Very informative if there was other issues they came across and mostly they are reasonably priced. Highly recommend them to family and friends!

Dealership: This is what's wrong, $1000.2nd opinion mechanic: Yep, that's it, but I'll do it for $638.Westside Service Center: Gave me an estimate of $430 based off of what the other two said was wrong, and he got the part. He called a few hours later and said it's done, but that wasn't the problem. My bill was only $151. I haven't had a car in the shop in several years, but this isn't the first time Westside done right by us like this. We always took our cars to Randy. The only one I trust around here for sure!

Excellent service. Wife's Charger was misfiring with a bad fuel injector. Took the car in a little after 9am, hr called us a bit after 11 saying it was done, and charged $80 less than what he originally quoted us. Quick, excellent work.Services: Auto engine diagnostic
