Never a bad experience at our Walgreens pharmacy. The pharmacists and techs are always working their tails off with little appreciation. I hope they know they are doing a great job! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!

This pharmacy is the most slowest and unfriendly pharmacy I have ever been too. They have messed up my prescriptions multiple times. And they are always having problems with their phone lines. So because there phone lines are down people can't get their medications they need. So you have to go without your medications because this multi billion dollars company can't keep their phone lines open. They should just shut down the pharmacy in ponca City.... Because it's one problem after another.. I will never ever fill a prescription here ever again.

The fact they closed on a Friday without notifying their customers is horrible.. they have a duty to the community but they dont care, and I always find 8ths missing from my meds.. worse pharmacy in town.

Terrible service in Pharmacy. Slow, out of meds, closing early, drive thru takes HOURS, and rude employees who are not helpful or apologetic when they make mistakes. An "I'm sorry" can go a long way. Horrible customer service. We won't be back. Moving all our scripts.

Slowest pharmacy I have ever been to, waited almost an hour in car when there was only 4 cars ahead of me. This is the 3rd time this has happened, time to switch...

Never have your prescriptions ready when they Are suppose to. Try calling them in the phone after 20 min. Wait for my turn they pick up and disconnect you.

Went to have a presentation filled, first visit ever at this pharmacy. They didn’t have it all in stock so gave me what they had, told me to come back two days later, as I showed up for it for them to tell my it will have to wait another 2 days before I’m able to get it. As if it was my choice for them to only give me some to start with, so now living out of town, I’m gonna have to make another trip. To deal with unfriendly staff. Waited 3 hours my first visit, to be disrespected the second. I will not ever go back to this pharmacy again. I do not recommend it at all.

I sat in line for 30-45 min.. Waiting my turn.. 2 cars left so I moved to first lane to make it faster... They shut their window.. Guy in other lane that knew I sat there told them that I had been sitting there. They did not care, pulled the other lane tube and ignored me. On prescriptions, it was hit and miss on script.

Been waiting for over 7 hours for my prescription to be filled. When I finally get to talk to someone they say it shouldn't be much longer. Still waiting. Very poor customer service.
