They close this office at random times. Sometimes yoh ha e to wait for ever for someone to get off the checkouts to come help. Its gotten worse since Homeland has taken over.

Why in the world can't this location do anything correct? Carriers are always delivering mail late, to other addresses or forgetting to deliver then coming back at 8pm before their shift is over. Then the people inside are rude as hell when you call and ask about a lost package. Absolutely the worst customer service!

I have lived in Ponca City for many years, I have worked at my job for 6 years and never have I been treated so poorly by a postal worker... the guy that delivers our mail will not speak to me AT ALL, even if I tell him to have a good day. I am not sure what his deal is but I find it very disrespectful, I love the day a week he has off, for then I get a very nice mail man who speaks when I speak to him.
