They made a mistake on my prescription I was supposed to get 800mm of gabapentin, and I got 300mm they say they double check every prescription but what ever, so now I get my prescription at grand Lake they get it right thank you people from grand Lake.

Toni's is by far the best pharmacy in town. Toni has done amazing things for this community & started a great business in a time when very few women did such things. She's definitely done things right &provided jobs for many people in this community. For those negative reviews on here about having to wait & scripts not being ready, name a pharmacy you DON'T have to wait. & if you can, they must not have very much business which should be a red flag. Just sayin'. I try to buy something else everytime I fill a prescription because I want them to be here. I know it's probably insignificant lol, but I feel like it helps to support our hometown pharmacy. It really surprises me that anyone has negative things to say when we have a Walgreens or bintz that literally charges double on any prescription I've ever gotten from them (if they even have it in stock) with about 2% of the customer service and compassion that Toni's has. I would literally pay 2x's what they ask just to not have to fill through Walmart or Walgreens. Are these people even talking about the same pharmacy? Especially compared to their "competitors" in town. You should at the very least try to support local business when you can, even if that means having to wait for 5 minutes. People act like they can't literally see the pharmacy tech running around working as quickly as possible filling scripts, answering phones, greetting people, sometimes running between cash wrap and medicine counter, and also answering questions. It's not like they are standing up there twiddling their thumbs. Lol sorry for the long review, seeing these negative comments really got under my skin.

I've been to other pharmacies in town and they always mess up my meds to where I run out every time! And their 3 months of meds they mail to you is a joke!! Hahaha!!!But Toni's now! I've been going to Toni's for 13yrs or more now and I wouldn't trade them for the world!! They know me walking thru the door so one of their many techs never make me wait long n I have my scripts in hand!! Lol, Fast as possible and always a friendly smile n chat if they have a sec to spare!! I'm sure they're like that with all their customers But I like to think I'm special!! Lol. But I love em all there!! Thank you Toni's Westside, For all you do for all of us!Holly B.

Refuse to fill script a couple days early even though the date on the script is for that day. So in other words don't plan on going on vacation if you utilize Toni's pharmacy unless you want to go without your meds and possibly have dire consequences. I don't appreciate being treated like some druggy off the streets. I take one medication and it's not even a narcotic. They act like the person is going to do harm to themselves if they get their meds a couple days early! What about every month when you give them their entire script? I would think they would be more likely to hurt themselves then. No humanity what so ever! These people have a great deal of book smarts and zero clinical experience yet they act like they are dr's. If a Dr. prescribes a script they should have to by law fill the script on the date made by the Doctor in my opinion!
