“It started out with harmless e-mails between Nancy and me about the cars. I went to Stuteville and was met by Todd Spence, a salesman, who was excellent. We took a test drive in an Equinox and he showed me all the features. I went where I wanted to go to see how it was on a highway. When we came back, Todd got all the info on me and my trade was appraised. We looked at the numbers, and the payment was too high.The manager got involved and in a short time, we were able to get together. The car I wanted was at one of their other stores, and they got it the next day. On Thursday, I picked up the car and,again, Todd set everything up in it. No rushing. He took all the time I needed. What a pleasure dealing with a store with no pressure to buy meeting very friendly people. I highly recommend this dealership, and wouldn't hesitate to purchase there again.”
