Dad and I stopped in to gas up on our trip and the pump kept refusing my card. Dad went in to inquire and the attendant said "We don't serve people we don't know." Fortunately, the Casino across the street took our money and gave GREAT service. The Sinclair station is racist and xenophobic. Judging from all of the other poor reviews, they obviously want to go out of business.

The pumps barely run. There are no garbage cans. Do yourself a favor and drive 100 feet further to get gas.The people inside were not helpful when they saw me looking for a garbage can for the windshield towels.After reading other people's experiences I double down on my statement. Go to the ConocoPhillips 100 feet away.

A clerk at this store harassed, screamed and cursed my mother out just a few hours ago today, December 8, 2021. I am very disappointed that your employee would do that to anyone especially a 65 year old minister’s wife that was only trying to figure out how to use the gas pump. My Dad and Mom have traded at your store for more than 20 years, buying many products especially pizzas there. No more! We have a large family and a huge circle of friends that will know what happened today so they can warn their loved ones to surely avoid the Sinclair store on Highway 60 at Ponca City.

I am a healthcare provider and sometimes need to stop and use the restroom by where my patients live. On this date I stopped by this Sinclair and when I got out of the bathroom I was greeted with the angry owner I presume. He was angry at me for not making any purchases on that date and told me to never come back. Where is the common decency in people that they won't even allow someone to use their restroom. I drive a lot in my job and I just so happen to need gas and was going to come back after seeing my next patient to fill up. Of course I went somewhere else to fill up. Just because somebody is not a customer of one particular day doesn't mean that they will not be a customer on their next visit. I hope anybody reading this will give their business to somebody else that has some human decency

Wish I could give 00000 I have been a loyal customer for many years and have Hurd about the bad customer service tell I experienced it and it was from the owner he had bad attitude and very disrespectful it was beyond RUDE it was uncalled for. A paying customer should never be treated like that and it was from the owner it explains the employees worst customer service I have ever experienced and will never spend a penny in this place.!!!
