Russ and his team really made a difficult situation into a pleasant one. Very understanding of my circumstances and wasn't only my realtor but also became a friend. I highly recommend his team to anyone that needs a realtor that isn't only concerned about business but also concerned about your well-being during the process. My only complaint is I can't give him 10 stars.

Outstanding Realtor. I really can’t describe how pleasant of an experience I had working with Russ. Being new to this area, I didn’t know who I could trust, he really helped get everything completed with my home purchase. He always got back to me with any information I needed in a timely manner and was always friendly and kind. He was knowledgeable about the housing market in Ponca City and where my house fit in the market. He had an offer to me over asking within 6 hours of my house being listed. Russ and his team were a joy to work with.

Russ went above and beyond help us find our first home! He met us at 2 pm on a Sunday and 5 pm on a Friday, and loooots of times in between. He made sure to tell us things he didn’t think were great about houses, what he thought was good and was always just very honest. That makes for an 11/10 in my books. We never felt pressured into a buy, and 6+ months of looking later, we found the perfect starter home. Thanks Russ!
