“I already prefer homeland because of the quietness and lights being warm. Tonight I went to go buy something but ran thru trouble- I was already highly stressed and distraught. The lady who worked there- tried helping but I just couldn’t pay. So I just left with nothing in my hands. My sister and I got in the car to go home… and the worker comes with the stuff I wanted to buy in a bag neatly tied. She bought me and my family… she bestowed a kindness she didn’t have too and blessed me with a warm gesture. I got home realizing how I shouldn’t have to stress over small matters but so thankful for such a beautiful kind soul. I cried on my way home thanking Jesus for the kind worker… I know her name but will not say it on this public post. Hopefully she can get a raise!”
“We switched to Westside Pharmacy due to storm damage to our regular pharmacy. Westside was awesome. They answered my questions and were efficient and very friendly and helpful!!”
“Toni's is by far the best pharmacy in town. Toni has done amazing things for this community & started a great business in a time when very few women did such things. She's definitely done things right &provided jobs for many people in this community. For those negative reviews on here about having to wait & scripts not being ready, name a pharmacy you DON'T have to wait. & if you can, they must not have very much business which should be a red flag. Just sayin'. I try to buy something else everytime I fill a prescription because I want them to be here. I know it's probably insignificant lol, but I feel like it helps to support our hometown pharmacy. It really surprises me that anyone has negative things to say when we have a Walgreens or bintz that literally charges double on any prescription I've ever gotten from them (if they even have it in stock) with about 2% of the customer service and compassion that Toni's has. I would literally pay 2x's what they ask just to not have to fill through Walmart or Walgreens. Are these people even talking about the same pharmacy? Especially compared to their "competitors" in town. You should at the very least try to support local business when you can, even if that means having to wait for 5 minutes. People act like they can't literally see the pharmacy tech running around working as quickly as possible filling scripts, answering phones, greetting people, sometimes running between cash wrap and medicine counter, and also answering questions. It's not like they are standing up there twiddling their thumbs. Lol sorry for the long review, seeing these negative comments really got under my skin.”
“Awesome staff. They are extremely busy due to their friendly attitude towards their customers. I switched from Walgreens to Bintz strictly due to their attitude. Like it was an effort to wait on you and you were privileged to be waited on. Bintz always sends me a text when my meds are ready for pickup. And they will call you if you don't show up that day. Great Pharmacy and I will continue to use them.”

2300 N 14th St, Ponca City“I use Walgreens pharmacy for all of my medications. They are very respectful and accommodating when I submit and pick up prescriptions. Very kind, courteous and respectful employees.”
“Have not ever had a "bad" experience. I have had delays, meds not available, forgot to bring my ID for a med that I had to have it even though they know me, a price not what I thought it would be, etc. But none of that if the fault of the pharmacy. Stuff happens no matter where you go. I continue to go to this pharmacy because the people are kind, understanding, and do what they can to help me. I don't expect them to break the rules for me.”
