“Take 10 made good on this incident. The work has been done on the car this morning. I am happy that the manager reached out to me and I am 100% satisfied. I changed my review to 5 stars.
I have been going to Take 10 for twenty some years now and today was the worse service I have ever experienced. I made an appointment to have brakes and shocks put on my car at 1 pm. I took a half day vacation from work to get this done. They told me it would take 2 hours so I was prepared to wait. 4:30 pm and no one had given me an update on my car and they hadn’t even started working on it. Needless to say I was very upset and will never do business with them again. Totally shameful on their part and they even offered to say “sorry”.”
“They got everything done in a timely manner but they made wait for 30 mins before they called me I had to go ask... other than that I will always go to have my oil and tires done”
