I need a new phone. My screen is cracked. I've tried going to this store twice and this place is closed with nothing on the door. Fyi, these days were not holidays. Disappointing.

I just went to pay my Metro bill and get this, I tried to pay two months ahead. They wanted me to pay $5 extra for any payment over $30. What the heck, your already paying ahead and to do so they want money for nothing . I'll be looking for another carrier I guess

My step-mother called customer service not too long ago, and This man named Patrick answered and I felt the need to leave this review. I just gotta say, I feel bad for the man, my step-mother has a short temper so she was getting a bit mad at him the entire time. Thank you Patrick, I understand you were just doing your job and thank you for being patient and helping us.
