We rescued a 8yr yorkie in 2020, when we got her she had a large mamory tumor and multiple rotten teeth. We got her in for an exam at Kinkaid, and within a week she was operated on. All together, they removed the tumor (benign) and pulled 14 bad teeth. Very reasonable price and really personable with us. We took her back for digestive issues and shots. Great staff, I believe everyone there truly cares for their furry patients, and it’s clear they enjoy their job.

My daughter and I called the emergency number at about 730 for our 3-4 week old kitten and said that we needed help and was old by Brett well we open at 8 so you can come then. I don’t know why you would have an emergency number if you don’t help in emergency. The lack of concern is unbelievable from someone who is supposed to care!

Thank you Dr. Brett Kinkaid for knowing the best care to give Sapphire to get back on her feet. She acts like her normal sassy self and a few days ago I thought I would be saying goodbye. Thankful to have you as our vet and the level of care you give our best friends!

All I wanted was cat food that was easily digestible and they said all their cat food was prescription cat food. What!

Several years ago my mother's dog was hit on the highway. We loved her so much that we took her to OSU and saved her life. She had to have post-op care so we took her to KINKAID for her recovery. My mom went by to check on her during her stay and when no one was at the front desk for quite some time she went to the back to check on her dog and found her lying in her own feces and in horrible conditions. Mom immediately removed her from thier facilites. We could provide better care for our dog than they were willing to. You should also know that Brett was accused and proved guilty of practicing veterinary care before he even graduated vet school. He was operating on peoples beloved pets/friends!!! This past year my boyfriend's bulldog was really sick and because the KINKAIDS have bulldogs my boyfriend wanted to take him to them for care. I insisted he not do that but since his dog was so bad it was an emergency decision that had to be made quickly. So we took his dog there and after 30 minutes of ignoring us we were told we might as well leave. So we left and less than an hour later we were called and told they could not do anything for him and they didnt know what was wrong and we should take him to OSU right away. We did and very quickly found out he was having epileptic seizures. Our dog was at OSU for five days of intensive care and had many many diagnostic tests ran to figure out what kind of epilepsy it was and to stop his cluster seizures. OSU charged us $650 to save our dogs life. We received a bill from KINKAID later for $690 to do nothing in a matter of less than one hour. My boyfriend confronted them about the outrageous cost and we were told by Kelly KINKAID that David KINKAID the owner said they should not have run all those test knowing they could not help our dog and we were to only pay $250 for some of the charges and our new prescriptions. A few months later we got a letter in the mail from a collection agency for over $400 owed to KINKAIDS. We immediately called them and Kelly refused to speak to us about it and DAVID basically said he didnt care what Kelly told us he was going to get his money. We paid the collection agency and during our conversation with them they told us that they often receive these sort of complaints and upsets from KINKAID customers. DO NOT USE KINKAID!!!!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE PEOPLE AND ARE IN THIS BUSINESS FOR MONEY AND HAVE NO SENSE OF COMPASSION OR HUMANITY FOR ANIMALS WHATSOEVER!!!
