They have a towel shortage and didn't want to give each of my family member a towel to use . They had to get a ripped up towel they said they don't normally give to guests. The young girl that checked me in did not want to be there and was not exceptionally friendly. The door in the front is open , the door in the back to the pool is wide open , there is nothing stopping a stranger from coming in and up the elevator to your room. Room was clean, decent breakfast , nice pool great work out room. My biggest issue is having to argue with the receptionist about getting a towel for each member of my family. Won't stay here again.

Staying here on a prolonged business trip and I'm a pretty big fan.The King room I'm in is super spacious. The staff is super friendly and very very helpful. The place is new, the room was clean and housekeeping did a super good job for my mid stay clean. The fitness room is large, clean and well equipped and the guest laundry facilities worked great. It would be nice if the towels were a bit bigger and a little bit better quality but that's not a deal breaker.I'm a big fan.

Bed Bugs!I booked the hotel because I have lost much of my status with Marriot and looked to switch over to Hilton properties. When checking in, the hotel was nothing special, it was below average in my opinion. The first night I woke up with a few bites on my legs and didn't think anything of it. I figured they were mosquito bites or something I didn't notice the days prior. After the second night, I woke up and was working on my laptop on the bed when a bug crawled across my shoulder. I killed it immediately and followed by throwing the covers off the bed and that's when I found more.I searched the images of bed bugs and was 100% certain that's what these were. The staff was nice and was 'extremely familiar' with protocol for bed bugs... They offered to throw all my clothes in the dryer for 30min.I would avoid this place at all costs.

Booked a room here months ago for a 3 night stay and didn't end up needing it after all. When calling the hotel to cancel the reservation, was told it couldn't be cancelled. Even though it was 4 days before the reservation. When asking to speak to the manager, the lady who answered the phone claimed she was the front desk manager. Her name was not Candy. Don't remember her name but she was completely rude and unprofessional. Most hotels usually just charge you for one night but this hotel didn't even offer that. Basically just said I will be charged even if I were to change my mind or not even show up. They hadn't even charged the card on file yet so that's what I don't understand and the fact that she didn't even care is what I call unprofessional and unwilling to provide great customer service. Will never book or return here again.

Hotel was nice, but a couple of issues. The first was there is no signage leading the way to the parking lot. Follow the signs to the Holiday Inn and you'll get there. Second issue was noise. It was a unique situation. Five guys were drinking and blasting loud music from their car, in the parking lot until after midnight. They were guests as the car was still there the next morning. From my room on the 4th floor, I observed one of the men using the bathroom against the wheel of a neighboring truck. The music was very loud and made it difficult to sleep. I would stay here again, but request a room on the back side.

My husband reserved a king suite with jacuzzi tub. We got a wheel chair accessible room with wheel in shower and no curtain. They didn't have anymore rooms available due to a turn around going on. I understand but that means they gave someone else our reserved room. They also said that the rooms were disinfected in-between every stay. Being that there wasn't a shower curtain I had to wipe down the bathroom floor after each shower so that we didn't slip and fall. I used one of the white towels and it came back black from dirt.... mopping should be part of the disinfecting process. My husband and I get away once or twice a year. I'm pretty sure that not all hampton inns are like this but the one we stayed at was.

Room was clean. The location was a bit difficult to get to as there was no street signage that I could see.
