This was a Great Private 8 year old spa birthday party. Everyone had fun, the ladies took super care of the girls. They received hair colors,style, manis & pedis, music, cake and presents. Five Star!!

Jamison fixed my blonde hair that I’ve been growing out since Covid. I was super happy not to loose length and be able to stay bleach blonde. Definitely would recommend her for my blonde girls with grow outs past the norm.

I don’t usually have any problems here and I actually do like this shop so take my review with a grain of salt and use your judgment. The person who cut my hair was clearly new and I won’t name names, but she shouldn’t be working there if another stylist has to literally coach her through cutting my hair. She messed up the fringe which brandy fixed half way. When I got home the other half still needs to be fixed. The website says they close at 7:30pm. I arrived at 6:30 to find them closed. They are also closed tomorrow so I will have to fix this problem on my own before I go to work on Monday. Like I said I generally like this shop and I think brandy does a good job. I’d really reconsider who you hire tho if you want to maintain my business and others.

So there is a sign Ion the door that says walkins welcome. I walk in. They ask how can I help you. I ask for a haircut, they immediately look at each other and can tell immediately from their body language they either don't want to help me, or don't have time. Instead of offering a reason they can't help me atbthat moment, the woman ask if I wanted to come back later. I say no I will go somewhere else. How a customer perceives you is everything. When your facial expressions and body language are negative, I probably will not trust you with my business or my money. Your company should probably give a lesson on proper customer service and a proper way to communicate with your customers. I will never come here again. Definitely either a bad taste in my mouth. Then I was getting in my car. I could see them laughing. I'm sure it was due to my reaction to how they treated me, doesn't feel good, when someone is rude to you, should probably do some self reflecting and get some leadership in that building.

Brandy was so great with my daughter and did so good at trimming her fine hair and then repaired my hair that was cut wrong by another Salon. She did an amazing job at making me feel more confident I totally recommend this salon!!!Services: Kids' cuts

Took my daughter to get her hair cut before school starts and she told me to write a review saying that Kylie is amazing :) Everyone was very friendly and it was a great haircut too. Will be coming back for sure.

I tried this salon a few months ago. The haircut was okay; they did what I asked for but my layers were cut at an uneven thickness, with quite a difference between the ends and the next layer. I have semi-curly hair (I’m still learning how to care for my curls) and the stylist straightened it. It took days for my hair to return to its natural state. More importantly, while I was there, the stylist made several disparaging remarks to me. I felt looked down on when I left. Overall it was disappointing.Services: Haircut
