I just wanted to give a five star review of the AT&T store in Ponca City. Ladonna and Robert have helped me on multiple occasions. They were both kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and helpful! I couldn’t recommend them or the store enough.

The staff was very informative and helpful. Also very friendly. I feel they go out of their way to resolve any questions or problems. Great people.

I’m an 89 year old woman and I always have trouble with my iPad and iPhone - Sadonna is always willing to help me and knows exactly what she is doing! She is such a great asset to this store! I just love her!
