I wish I didn't have to give this jerk any stars. Professional is a lie. The owner is the least professional man I've ever met. Should've known when he demanded payment up front i would get screwed. Went in with motor problems and a used block was put in my car. I've had nothing but problems since I picked it up. Not having air conditioning and finding my caps missing and no freon in my car was the last straw. I went back and explained they didn't put it back together and I wanted them to fix it, the owner refused. Even though oklahoma law is VERY clear about mechanics having to put a vehicle back together exactly how it was before they took it apart he still refuses and called the cops on me!!! A mechanic that's so bad at his job he'd rather go to court than fix what he screwed up is neither a good mechanic or business man. Pathetic. Don't be fooled by his lower than average price. Pretty sure that's how he gets business because I don't see him having repeat customers.

NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL! We no longer take our business or personal vehicles. Owner does not take meticulous care of your vehicle as if it was his own. Took truck in get sound fixed. He charged us a whole new front end but sound continues PLUS NEW SOUNDS. He said it was exhaust. He sent us elsewhere to fix exhaust, sound continues. $6,000 later… don’t go here. Save your money!

I took my truck to professional because the shop my truck was close down and they was referred to me by the owner of the shop that closed. When we call Professional was Christmas week and we ask how long would take them to start on my truck they told me 2 weeks I called several times to check on my truck but they never work on it and I had to pick my truck on 2/15/22 7 weeks after they not touched anything on it. One of the owners or managers told that they can put no one just working on my truck because they not have the personal to do it. Everything time I called one of the managers or the owner sounds like he was upset and he offered me several times to take my truck and have it fix somewhere else. I own a business and when you done business the right way you keep your word.

I had a transmission go out on a 07 Denali all wheel drive. A six speed. It is like new. Very professional, will make sure you are happy. Quality Work , Honest , I highly recommend ! Thanks Justin !
